Many interesting stories and anecdotes are told about the Yeti of the Himalayas. Everyone has read or heard stories about the Abominable Snowman. What all the stories have in common is that no-one has ever actually seen the Yeti face to face. We offer you a unique opportunity to get to know him. Not face to face, in case you were wondering.
During the programme, and on the basis of the Yeti story, you will learn the advantages and characteristics of winning teams. Together we will develop a strategy which will bring the programme participants the type of fame the Yeti enjoys: you will become invisible, but, thanks to your successes, people will talk and write about you. For you know what they say about "still waters".
The programme combines anecdote with the serious business world, where disappointments and failures often occur as a result of distorted and unverified information. The programme will help you to build the self-confidence of the team and individuals and avoid conflict situations. This means that a positive climate will start to prevail among the employees in your company, and with it a positive mental orientation.
