When the first snow falls, snowballing becomes one of the most popular activities among children. Since we adults all too often forget how much carefree fun and enjoyment can be had in the snow, we have put together a dynamic and attractive programme to awaken memories and, at the same time, provide excellent motivation for employees.
The entire programme takes place in the snow, in the countryside, in the wilderness. Far from your office desk, nature will surround you and give free rein to your imagination and to the instructors who will lead you. You will be surprised at what can be made from the snowflakes falling from the sky. The more effort you invest, the bigger the snowball and the harder it will be to move it. More players will be needed.
The question is: do you know the connection between snowflakes and fresh and bold business ideas? This programme will reveal many useful team secrets which are sure to come in handy in your work. It is up to you whether you adopt them and use them to your advantage in your daily struggle with the competition.
