As the title of this programme suggests, it is aimed at everyone who has to deal with various forms of leadership (departments, business or profit centres, projects, working groups, etc.). It is partly run as an interactive workshop in a lecture room and partly as tackling team tasks in a natural environment.
The combination of theory and experiential exercises helps the team understand what the application of the "win-win" effect means in the working environment. This facilitates the achievement of the goal of helping leaders encourage those they are leading to cooperate rather than compete within the team.
