Slovenian Istria is famous among other things for its olive trees and their products. The themed "Olive Route" has provided us with the opportunity to devise a varied programme where experiences in olive groves and olive presses take us into a world of interesting customs and traditions. To these traditional rituals we have added a touch of the modern world.
